In this remote position, you will use online chat tools like Facebook Messenger to... communicate directly with customers, addressing their needs without the requirement for face-to-face interaction. You’ll be a key part of our operation, responding to inquiries on websites and social media platforms to assist with questions, provide information on products, and share promotional offers. What You Will Do: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, offering assistance, product information, and support. Engage with customers to resolve their queries, provide sales support, and promote discounts where applicable. Rate: $35 per hour Requirements: Must have a device with internet access (laptop, phone, or tablet). Basic English writing skills are essential. Reliable internet connection is necessary. Skills and Training: This position is suited for individuals new to live chat support. Full training will be provided, and no prior experience is needed.
