We're seeking a talented individual for a full-time, direct hire role that offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects and steer strategic growth from a remote setting. Key Responsibilities...  Take the helm in guiding and coordinating diverse IT projects and cross-functional teams.  Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative solutions across web/content management, application development, and data management domains.  Foster collaboration with senior leadership to ensure technology strategies harmonize with organizational objectives.  Spearhead technical sales initiatives and craft compelling proposals.  Provide mentorship and foster the professional growth of team members. Qualifications  Proven track record in IT project management and effective team leadership.  Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and versatility across various technology platforms.  Strong command over content management systems, CRM, web portals, cloud-based applications, and data management solutions.  Prior experience with contracting processes and preparation of bid submissions.  Exceptional communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building strong relationships.  Flexibility for occasional travel as required.  Candidates must be either a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
