Immediate need for a talented Call Center / Customer Service - Rep 1. This is a 08+ Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Jeff Commerce Louisville, KY (Onsite, Once they are fully trained, they can work from home). Dress Codes: Business Casual NOTE: Must have relatable internet that can handle VPN access Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers. • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. • Provide accurate information to the caller. • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers • Resolve the callers’ needs. • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller. • Follow RxCrossroads policies and procedures. • Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Required Keywords: -(CSR OR CUSTOMER OR SERVICE OR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" OR "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" OR REPRESENTATIVE OR "CALL CENTER") AND (CALL OR CALLING OR PHONES OR INBOUND OR OUTBOUND OR CALLS OR ANSWER) AND (PRESCRIPTIONS OR INSURANCE OR HEALTHCARE OR MEDI OR PHARMACIST OR CLINICAL OR PHARMACY OR PATIENT OR HIPPA OR MEDICATION OR PRESCRIBER OR PHARMACEUTICAL OR MEDICAL OR MEDICARE OR HOSPITAL OR PHARMA OR INSURANCE OR CLINICAL OR PHARMACIES OR MEDICATION OR REIMBURSE). • Previous call center experience preferred. • Previous healthcare experience desired • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office • Able to type 35 wpm or greater. • Call center experience. • Basic computer knowledge • Email • Word/Excel basics Our client is a leading IT organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
