Appointment Setter/ Virtual Receptionist

```Duties``` - Answer inbound calls and text messages and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate appointments for the sales team - Utilize telemarketing techniques to engage prospects and promote company services... - Follow a script and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's offerings - Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening - Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the sales team - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, appointments, and customer interactions in the company's software system ```Experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement``` - Previous experience in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade customers - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or appointment generation goals - Ability to effectively market products or services and articulate key selling points - Experience in inside sales or business development is a plus - Proficiency in using software systems for data entry and customer relationship management ``` Please Note``` This position does not have a fixed work schedule. You will be working whenever there is an incoming phone call or text message from a potential customer. Calls can come in anytime between 9 am EST and 9 pm EST, Mo-Su. Currently our company receives about 12 calls per day on average. Your performance will be evaluated based on the percentage of phone answered vs. unanswered calls, and your compensation will largely depend on how many calls you can convert into scheduled appointments. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified appointments for our sales team. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from potential customers, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to effectively market our offerings.
