EMPLOYER: Target Enterprise, Inc. Salary: At least $112,715 to $200,200 Senior Manager Process and Data (Brooklyn Park, MN): Support the diagnostic, design, and implementation of digital strategy, processes and tools to improve team operations; provide operational research to develop deep understanding of how category level assortment, taxonomy, content and engineering solutions influence digital traffic, conversion and search engine rankings; utilize data mining techniques to collect and aggregate multiple data sources (consumer, category, competitive, internal/external search) for analysis; build classification models and automated, streamlined, and repeatable processes using both unsupervised and supervised machine learning; provide data science & analytics support to develop insights to improve digital KPIs; create detailed business and project plans and work cross-functionally to implement recommended improvements; and conduct end-to-end competitive benchmarking and analysis... across digital marketplaces. Offering of a salary of at least $112,715 to $200,200 per year depending on education and experience. 40 hours per week. includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to Minnesota-area Target office, as directed. Requires a Master’s degree in Technology Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 3 years of experience in the below skillsets: 3 years of experience utilizing Google/NPD/IRI/1010 data sources; 3 years of experience working with linear regression models, SQL queries, Botify, or Python scripts; 3 years of experience with digital retail site metrics; 3 years of experience with process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma/Lean; 3 years of experience with data visualization tools and approaches - Google Looker, tableau, powerbi; 3 years of experience and robust working knowledge of data mining & machine learning tools - PySpark, SSIS, Python, R; and 3 years of experience leveraging optimization & data modeling techniques Gurobi, Minitab, DES.
