About the Company We are an idea stage company looking to build single-click staking solution where a user can stake their asset into multiple projects from our app. This reduces the friction of switching between different dapps in search of good ROI. About the Role As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a critical role in driving our technical strategy, architecture, and product development. You’ll collaborate closely with the founding team to define the company's vision, develop innovative Web3 solutions, and grow a world-class technical team. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on development with strategic oversight, making it perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment. Responsibilities • Technical Vision & Strategy: Define and lead the company’s technology strategy to align with business goals, focusing on blockchain, smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and Web3 infrastructure. • Product Development: Architect and develop scalable, secure, and user-friendly Web3 solutions, ensuring a seamless integration of blockchain and traditional technologies. • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team to support the company’s growth and technical needs. • Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of trends in the blockchain and Web3 space, experimenting with emerging technologies to enhance the company’s product offering. • Collaboration: Work alongside other co-founders to shape business strategies, secure funding, and engage with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. • Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for cybersecurity, data protection, and blockchain compliance. Requirements Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or other Layer 1/2 solutions. Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python. Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and NFTs. Experience with Web3 tools like IPFS, Metamask, and wallet integrations. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams or startups, ideally in the blockchain/Web3 space. Ability to take products from ideation to deployment, scaling them effectively. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A risk-taker with the resilience to navigate the challenges of an early-stage startup. Passionate about decentralization, Web3 ecosystems, and the transformative potential of blockchain. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex problems into actionable solutions. Experience in agile development, DevOps, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). Cultural Fit: A collaborative mindset, aligned with our values of innovation, transparency, and impact. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience as a founder or technical co-founder or a Senior smart contract developer. • Contributions to open-source blockchain/Web3 projects. • Experience with tokenomics, DAO governance, or decentralized identity systems. • Network of connections within the blockchain/Web3 community.
