Join our dynamic team as an Online Virtual Remote Walmart Customer Support representative. What You Will Do: • Provide exceptional customer service through virtual channels (phone, chat, email) to resolve inquiries, issues, and provide product information. • Navigate Walmart's systems to access and update customer accounts and information. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. • Stay up-to-date on Walmart's products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely assistance.
