Key Responsibilities • Actively source, interview, and hire talented sales associates to fulfill team growth objectives. • Collaborate with new agents, guiding them through their initial business steps up to their first 10 closings before transitioning them to the Director of Sales. • Partner with sales associates to set and achieve career goals, conducting regular one-on-one check-ins. • Inspire and motivate team members while holding them accountable for their performance through consistent reviews. • Oversee lead management and ensure adherence to follow-up standards. • Facilitate sales and business meetings, assist in script practice, and support agents in lead generation efforts. • Establish goals for team members, create project plans, and facilitate their career advancement. Required Skills • Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport quickly. • Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills. • Proficient in goal setting, planning, and driving accountability. • Proven experience in recruiting and fostering top talent. • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with sales processes is essential; experience in real estate is advantageous. • Technologically adept with proficiency in computer systems; experience with MLS is a plus. Qualifications • A solid background in recruiting and leadership is required.
