As a remote entry-level healthcare recruiter, you'll play an integral role in helping us build and maintain relationships with both healthcare candidates and employers. Key Responsibilities: Partner with healthcare providers to understand their staffing needs and recruitment goals. Source and identify qualified candidates for various healthcare roles through job boards, networking, and direct outreach. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a perfect match for client needs. Maintain and update candidate and client records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and employers. Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to help meet their recruitment goals. What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A keen interest in healthcare and the recruitment industry. Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others. Previous recruitment experience or a background in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
