In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Key Responsibilities: • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through live chat with professionalism and accuracy. • Provide clear and concise information about AGCO’s products, services, and solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining empathy. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service. • Log and document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality. • Collaborate with team members to stay updated on product changes and company policies.
