Job Description Delta Airlines is seeking highly skilled and motivated Aviation Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As an Aviation Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet by performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs. Your expertise will contribute to the safety and reliability of our operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft systems and components. • Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. • Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and other resources to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. • Complete and maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks. • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred. • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance. • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
