We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Capital Device Sales Representatives in Atlanta, Los Angeles and Dallas-Ft. Worth to join our team at Accure Acne, Inc. As a straight-commission Independent Capital Device Sales Rep, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art acne laser treatment device to dermatologists within a large territory. This role requires a self-driven... individual with a strong understanding of dermatology and a proven track record in medical capital equipment sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Relationship Building of an acne laser: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists within your designated territory. Identify and target key decision-makers within dermatology practices. Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our acne treatment device to potential providers. Conduct product presentations both in person and virtual to showcase the effectiveness of our device. Maintain and build a network within the field of dermatology, including local organizations and other sales professionals in the industry. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in acne treatment technology and our product offerings. Understand the specific needs and concerns of dermatologists and their patients. Provide in-depth information about the safety and efficacy of our devices. Territory Management: Manage a large territory in the Atlanta, Los Angeles or Dallas-Ft. Worth area, organizing and prioritizing sales visits and calls to maximize efficiency. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives. Keep accurate records of sales interactions, prospecting efforts, and customer data using CRM software. Qualifications: 5+ years proven experience in medical capital equipment sales within the dermatology field, consistently performing in top 10% Aesthetic Laser sales experience. Strong understanding of acne treatment procedures and the needs of dermatologists. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory. Proficient in using CRM software for sales and reporting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Compensation: This position is a straight commission independent contractor role, and compensation will be based on commission and performance bonuses. Accure Acne, Inc. will provide the necessary sales materials and training.
