About The Role This role plays a key role in driving revenue growth and success of GrowthX by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. Your day to day will look... like- • Develop and maintain relationships with top startups and partners. • Own the negotiation and execution of business deals and partnerships • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy and goals • Monitor industry trends and developments to identify potential opportunities and threats Must haves • Phenomenal communication across the board- Verbal, written and body language. This is the #1 skill we need. • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field • Great documentation and structured problem solving skills. No hacks. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Effectively communicate the status and progress of business development efforts to the org. Good to have • Knowledge of GrowthX or the industry is a plus • Previous startup experience (you have thrived in an unstructured, ambiguous environment) • Knowledge of CRM/Martech tools • Experience in either of- Edtech, Health, or Wellness apps Culture Fitment You understand pros and cons of a small team You know what you're getting into, and the prospect of joining a small and growing team excites you.
