Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Web Chat Agents to join our team. In this crucial role, you will serve as the online point of contact for customers, delivering information regarding automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, financing, and general inquiries related to our dealership clients. Your primary focus will be to represent our clients favorably and convert online... interactions into valuable leads that drive revenue for their businesses.
