Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a remote work setting. Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate candidates' technical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
