About Us: We are a rapidly growing online consultancy that helps aspiring entrepreneurs launch their own cleaning businesses. We provide premium packages to our clients, guiding them to create and grow successful businesses. We are expanding our remote sales team and need motivated, money-hungry individuals who are ready to make serious earnings by working part-time hours. Role Overview: As a High-Performing Sales Representative, your role is to engage with potential clients, provide key information about our business packages, and secure sales. We want money-driven, high-energy individuals who love working on commission and are hungry to earn big by closing deals. This is the perfect opportunity if you want to earn £5,000+ per month while working just 25 hours per... week. Available Shifts and Compensation: We offer flexible shift times, ensuring minimal overlap while covering our primary markets in the US and Canada: • Midday Shift: • 12 PM - 5 PM (UK Time), Monday - Friday • Hourly Rate: £15 per hour • Evening Shift: • 5 PM - 11 PM (UK Time), Monday - Thursday • Hourly Rate: £15 per hour • 3-Day Weekend! Fridays off for a work-life balance. • Late Night Shift: • 8 PM - 2 AM (UK Time), Monday - Thursday • Hourly Rate: £15 per hour • 3-Day Weekend! Fridays off for working the late shift. Compensation Structure: • Hourly Rate: £15 per hour. • Commission: 5% commission per sale. Top performers are easily earning £5,000+ per month. • Team Bonus: Team commission and bonus opportunities when monthly targets are hit. • Quarterly Bonuses: Additional incentives for high performance, paid quarterly. • Monthly Competitions: Compete to be the best and earn extra cash rewards and recognition. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in our premium package. • Client Engagement: Provide potential clients with tailored information about our business packages, answer their questions, and highlight key benefits. • Lead Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion opportunities. • Performance Tracking: Track leads, sales progress, and update internal CRM systems. Requirements: • Money Motivation: You thrive on commission and love hitting (and exceeding) targets. • Previous Sales Experience: Experience in high-ticket sales, estate agency, or recruitment preferred. • Tech Requirements: You must have your own laptop, headset, and a quiet working environment. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal skills and ability to connect with clients, handle objections, and close sales. • Reliable & Hungry: We need people who are self-driven, accountable, and eager to jump on every lead with enthusiasm.
