We’re looking for personable, diligent, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time Disney Customer Service Representatives. This role allows you to engage with Disney customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and enhance their overall experience with Disney services and products. As a Disney Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our company, providing friendly and accurate customer support. You’ll need to be adept at handling customer queries via phone, email, or live chat, and ensure that each interaction reflects Disney’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities – Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. – Provide product information and recommendations to assist customer decision-making. – Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively. – Document all customer interactions and update customer records accordingly. – Collaborate with other departments to expedite solutions for complex issues. – Stay informed about Disney products, promotions, and updates to provide accurate information. – Contribute to team meetings and offer suggestions for service improvement.
