Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and strategies to enhance the American Express brand. Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments and improvements as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management to drive innovation and efficiency.
