Must have a passion for working with children and/or adults and enjoy fitness and movement activities. Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving and sharp cognitive thinking skills. Caring and engaging with children and adults. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities. Experience with gymnastics, or relevant experience with fitness or childcare or teaching a plus. Caring customer service and quality communication skills. Physically able to spot/lift people weighing up to 100lbs or more. Job Responsibilities: Lead fun and educational movement lessons and workouts. Direct and manage a small group of individuals with varying abilities. Communicate professionally with families regarding their athlete?s development. Create and develop circuits that are appropriate for the specific athletes under your care Knowledge of skill adaptations and willingness to continually learn.
