This includes privately-owned businesses, individuals, and non-profit entities. • Fosters a personalized and collaborative environment where friendly staff are encouraged to grow and achieve shared goals, ensuring industry-leading client involvement from directors who prioritize understanding each client's unique needs and objectives. ??????Role • Senior Audit Associate • Supervises audit, review, and compilation engagements, resolving accounting issues under the guidance of the Audit Manager or Director. Perform some tasks independently, direct staff, review their work, and provide necessary guidance for revisions. • Supervise audit staff, providing on-the-job training and reviewing their work. • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits as directed by the audit director, including risk assessment. • Prepare complex work papers, draft financial statements, and management letters; report progress regularly to Audit Manager and Audit Director. ??Package • Up to $110k base • Overtime paid at time and a half • Unlimited PTO • 80% of Healthcare premiums paid • 15% referral fee for bringing in new clients • Salary is market based with overtime and merit increases ??Other Points of Interest! • 100% remote • 30-35 in the Audit Department • Tremendous growth opportunities in a diverse and less structured working environment • Customers- Wide variety of clients including Manufacturing, distribution, restaurants, real estate, non for profit.
