Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market. HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager or a similar role, preferably in a large organization. Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
