Job Overview Join our dedicated team as a Virtual Elementary Low Incidence / Life Skills Teacher and play a pivotal role in enriching the lives of students with unique challenges. Key Responsibilities • Facilitate dynamic virtual instruction that caters to the specific needs of students with low incidence disabilities and life skills challenges. • Design and implement tailored individualized education plans (IEPs) to achieve personalized student objectives. • Offer specialized support in critical life skills, encompassing communication, socialization, and self-care. • Collaborate effectively with parents, support staff, and administrators to track and adapt strategies based on student progress. • Conduct virtual assessments to measure student advancement and identify evolving needs. • Actively engage in IEP meetings to contribute insights into educational plans. • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive virtual classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
