About the position As a Team Leader at FTI Delta, you will be instrumental in formulating strategic recommendations and implementing changes for clients. This role involves leading project modules, performing key analyses, and coaching junior staff. You will work closely with clients to deliver high-impact recommendations that drive their success in complex business environments. Responsibilities • Lead modules of a project or small workstream in client billable project work. , • Conduct problem structuring, data gathering, and execute analysis to drive insights. , • Synthesize and present findings in a clear and structured format. , • Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members and support from junior staff and interns. , • Prioritize tasks and manage workloads efficiently, communicating project statuses and delivering high-quality outputs within deadlines. , • Contribute to developing intellectual capital such as white papers and client pitches. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. , • 3+ years of combined post-graduation professional experience. , • Knowledge and interest in the Consumer and Retail industry. , • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment. , • Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as needed. Nice-to-haves • Master's in Business Administration. , • Prior experience in management consulting or professional services environment. , • Experience with qualitative and quantitative aspects of business problems. , • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and full MS Office suite. , • Experience assessing data in a data room. , • Experience using Think-Cell, Tableau, SQL or other data visualization and data analysis software/tools.
