In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless management of client accounts, employing strategic planning and innovative solutions to meet client needs. Your focus on delivering exceptional service in a fully remote setting will significantly contribute to fostering long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Drive client success, retention, and overall satisfaction to enhance client longevity. • Manage project oversight, system design, and process implementation for a diverse portfolio of accounts. • Develop and adapt project plans that reflect client objectives and priorities. • Identify and address potential project hurdles proactively. • Investigate and apply strategies for delegation and automation to maximize workflow efficiency. • Maintain accountability for progress and deadlines with clients and team members. • Conduct weekly accountability meetings with clients and colleagues. • Regularly review and refresh client files, processes, and project assignments. • Mentor and support new team members, promoting their professional growth. • Ensure consistent communication with clients through platforms like Slack, phone, and Zoom. • Represent the company’s values and brand in every client interaction. Required Skills • Proficient in project planning, process design, and workflow management. • Strong strategic thinking abilities aimed at enhancing time management and overall operational effectiveness. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional writing. • High technical proficiency with tools such as G-Suite and project management applications like Asana. • Experience in managing multiple client accounts in a virtual environment. • Aptitude for identifying process improvement and automation opportunities. • Self-driven with a robust work ethic focused on accountability. • Customer service-oriented with a talent for resolving complex issues. • Highly organized and skilled in time management. • Must be equipped with a personal computer, reliable antivirus software, and high-speed internet. Qualifications • Proven capability in effectively managing multiple client accounts. • Strong background in project management. • Experience in a remote work setting. • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
