Location – Remote Kansas City Local (Equipment is provided) NOT ACCEPTING APPLICTIONS FOR OTHER STATES AND AREAS Pay: $17.00 | Bilingual Spanish $18.00 Hours: Hours vary between 7am-11pm Mon-Sun Title: Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities: • Inbound calls only • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues. • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance.
