Key Responsibilities: • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent. • * Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by resolving employee concerns, addressing grievances, and promoting a collaborative environment. • * HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment laws, and keep abreast of changes in labor regulations. • * Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback. • * Learning and Development: Collaborate with business units to identify training needs and design programs for employee skill enhancement and career development. • * Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and ensuring competitiveness in the market. • * HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide insights into workforce trends. • Required Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
