What you will be doing: As a Live Chat Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via our digital platforms, answering their queries, guiding them through our products or services, and fostering positive relationships. Rate: $35 per hour Requirements: A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection. Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively in writing. No prior experience in live chat support is... required as we provide comprehensive training.
