The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a team of sales leaders and Account Executives, with a focus on selling into mid-market marketing agencies and advertisers. This role demands a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the digital advertising market, particularly the programmatic landscape, and strong existing customer relationships in the region. The RVP will be responsible for strategic sales planning, client engagement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. They must have a proven track record in leading large teams, exceeding sales targets, and driving regional revenue growth through effective sales enablement and performance improvement.
