This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: California (USA) Who You Are... A driven and adaptable coach with experience in Sleep Science or text-based coaching methods An individual who is passionate about helping others, eager to learn and excited about experimenting with different strategies Someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can achieve a high quality output while maintaining an efficient workflow Responsabilities • Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed) • Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practice • Respond to all inbound messages within the established SLAs • Provide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-I • Partner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable change • Provide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resources • Collaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experience • Provide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as needed • Analyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experience • Objectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement Teams Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • Coaching certification • At least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred) or Sleep Science knowledge • Can manage a caseload of 100+ people • Experience working in a fast-paced remote environmentSleep Reset Creed: There will be no failures, only learning experiences.
