Job Description ABOUT YESSIO... This position handles the Account services inquiries via telephone or email correspondence. Increasing and maintaining high customer satisfaction key in this role. You will also be scheduling and processing of delinquent customer payments so accuracy and attention to detail are attributes we are looking for. You will also be verifying bank account and employment information so accuracy and attention to detail are attributes we are looking for.
