Pay Rate: $23-$25 an hour A Field Service Technician I job in the Midwest Region of MI Windows & Doors reporting to Chicago, IL. Entry level technician that trains and completes field service-related tasks. Team member will shadow current technician and learn the day-to-day tasks of Field Service. This will culminate in Technician receiving their own territory... Why work at Miter Brands? This includes but not limited to: • Ordering and picking up service parts • Warranty-related work on MITER products • Receiving order acknowledgments • Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment. • Calling Service Contacts to set up appointments and communicate directly. • Knowledge of products and how to troubleshoot. • Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily and climb up a ladder up to 40 ft. Qualifications: • High School education. • Communication Skills. • Customer Service experience and ability. • Ability to drive and operate company vehicle. This includes maintenance. • Service-related work with windows and doors or at least experience with windows and doors. • Willing to travel during the week. • Computer skills and Microsoft Office • 3-5 years in warranty related work concerning windows and doors is desired. • Knowledge of MITER Brands products • 3-5 years customer service experience • Detailed and Organized Our benefits package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness for you and your eligible spouse/dependents.
