The position requires an outgoing, competitive, personable person with the self discipline to work independently a large amount of the time. Must be a self starter. Must have great communication skills. Will be working with and under the supervision of existing Scheduler and General Manager as well as other TEAM Members. This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone that has always thought they could be successful in scheduling if given the opportunity. Will be responsible for receiving in bound calls from both clients and caregivers. Must have strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to think strategically, and a willingness to take initiative. We will train the right person to achieve a high level of success.
