Responsibilities • Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide support. • Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately to ensure satisfaction. • Document customer interactions in our support database for future reference. • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. • Provide product and service information to customers to enhance their understanding and usage. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been adequately resolved. • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions. Experience and Skills: Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality support. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care. • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. • Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
