You'll handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting customers in resolving issues effectively and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues they might encounter, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within our CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient approach to handling customer concerns. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
