Job Overview We are seeking a diligent and motivated Client Data Entry Clerk to join our esteemed team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a meticulous eye for detail and a strong interest in client management. Key Responsibilities  Oversee the creation and updates of client accounts  Ensure the accuracy of client profile information  Process online bidder approvals  Add or modify client data, generate reports, and manage shipping instruction requests  Maintain data entries for mailing lists  Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information from bidder cards  Handle client survey responses  Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills  Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel  Strong multitasking capabilities and a keen eye for detail  Positive demeanor and an eagerness to learn  Bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset Qualifications  High school diploma or equivalent is required  Minimum of 2 years of data entry experience is necessary Career Growth Opportunities This position offers the potential for professional development and skill enhancement, allowing you to take on additional responsibilities that may lead to advancement within the company.
