Responsibilities – Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning processes. – Provide information about flight schedules, connections, and other travel details. – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. – Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. – Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations during boarding and arrival. – Maintain a clean and organized work area. – Support passengers with special needs, including those requiring mobility assistance. Requirements – Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. – Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. – Good communication skills, both verbal and written. – Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with baggage. Educational Qualifications – High School Diploma or equivalent is required. – Additional training or certifications in customer service or hospitality is a plus. Experience – Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
