Our audience includes decision-makers from both the public and private sectors, and through our platform, we offer a targeted advertising opportunity that helps clients reach key industry influencers. Key Responsibilities: • Make 50-70 outbound calls daily to set appointments and initiate the sales process. • Manage accounts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships. • Work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets through lead generation activities. • Engage in continuous prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn and CRM platforms. • Utilize email and... social media platforms to schedule meetings with qualified prospects. Who We're Looking For: • Results-driven individuals who can work independently and as part of a team. • A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or account management. • Focused, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a curious personality. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients. • A positive mindset with the ability to convert cold leads into genuine opportunities. • Excellent rapport-building skills, using a personal approach to connect with clients quickly. • Active listening skills with the ability to gather valuable insights.
