Key Responsibilities: • Assist senior marketing professionals in the creation and execution of marketing and sales strategies. • Evaluate consumer interest in retail settings to identify potential customers and promote client products and services. • Support the development and implementation of sales processes to achieve targets. • Contribute to marketing projects and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engage customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. • Continuously improve your sales and marketing skills through on-the-job training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • 0-1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • A desire to learn and grow in the marketing and sales fields. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
