Disney is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Data Entry Customer Care. This remote role involves handling customer data with precision, ensuring accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support our customer care team by entering and updating data, managing customer information, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Accurately enter and update customer information into our database. * Manage and maintain customer records to ensure all data is current and correct. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness. * Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Required Skills and Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree... preferred. * Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. Experience: * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer care. * Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. Working Hours: * Full-time position. * Flexible working hours, with some availability required during standard business hours. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * High level of integrity and dependability. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
