COMMUNITY MODERATOR/ ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST (FX TRADING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) REMOTE | ANYWHERE ROLE: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Community Moderator with hands-on experience in FX trading. This role will involve managing and engaging our online trading community, moderating discussions, fostering a positive and educational environment, and answering trading-related questions to support and build relationships with our members. The ideal candidate is well-versed in FX trading, understands the challenges and goals of traders, and can provide valuable insights to foster growth and engagement within our community. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Community Engagement: Actively engage with community members across various platforms to promote a supportive and engagement atmosphere. • Moderation: Ensure discussions remain respectful, on-topic, and aligned with community guidelines. Monitor content to keep discussions focused and valuable. • FX Trading Insights: Share trading... knowledge, answer FX-related questions, and provide guidance based on personal trading experience, supporting both beginners and advanced members. • Content Sharing: Curate and share valuable content such as trading tips, market analysis, educational materials, and updates on PrimeTime Funding events relevant to FX trading. • User Support: Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex questions to the appropriate team members as necessary. • Data- Driven Improvement: Track and analyze engagement metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve community interactions and user satisfaction. • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the community and communicate insights to internal teams to enhance the overall community experience and content. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience in FX Trading: Demonstrable experience in FX trading is essential, with a deep understanding of the FX market, trading strategies, and tools. • Community Management: 1-3 years of experience managing online communities, moderating forums, or engaging with users on social media. • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with an approachable and engaging tone. • Platform familiarity: Familiarity with platforms and community forums where trading discussions are prevalent. • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if necessary, to keep up with the active trading communities in multiple timezones. SKILLS: • Trading Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FX trading concepts, strategies, and terminology to effectively communicate with community members. • Engagement: Skilled in fostering positive interactions and encouraging members to participate in discussions. • Problem-Solving: Ability to address questions and challenges from the community, providing solutions and support. • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze community engagement date and implement strategies to increase member interaction. • Adaptability: Able to stay up=tp-date with the latest trends in FX trading and online community management.
