Qualifications

• Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Must be flexible in work hours and days
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Windows PCs
• Must be able to escort candidates to and from testing room
• Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance

Responsibilities

• Absolute must - YOU MUST BE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL
• The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment
• Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment
• Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
• Troubleshoot with internal departments and testing vendors to fix technical issues with technical support
• Complete light housekeeping duties
• Dress professionally with business casual attire
• Typical scheduled day starts around 9 am
• Typical scheduled day ends between 7 and 8 pm
• Monday through Friday with and every other Saturday (Optional)
• Business is closed on Sundays
