Description: As a Telehealth Triage Nurse at CVS Health, you will be responsible for providing triage and clinical support to patients via telehealth services. You will assess patients’ symptoms, provide medical advice, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. You will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently. Requirements: 1. Active RN license 2. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience 3. BLS certification 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions 6. Experience with telehealth services is a plus 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: 1. Conduct telehealth assessments and provide medical advice to patients 2. Coordinate care with healthcare providers and pharmacies 3. Document patient interactions accurately and timely 4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met 5. Follow company protocols and guidelines for patient care 6. Provide education and support to patients and their families 7.
