Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. Create compelling content and manage the online community to attract and retain followers. Travel Booking Assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. Ensure all travel plans meet client preferences and expectations. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Data Entry Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options. Problem Solving: Handle and resolve any travel issues, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, promptly and professionally. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in customer service or the travel industry. Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency in travel booking platforms and CRM systems. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work setting. Problem-Solving: Capacity to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs and time zones. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus).
