Key Responsibilities • Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) to determine clients’ financial goals and aspirations. • Assist individuals, families, and business owners in devising strategies to protect their assets, build wealth, and establish a legacy. • Offer tailored solutions in areas such as debt management, estate planning, and indexed strategies. • Collaborate with A+ rated financial institutions to deliver top-tier services to clients. Qualifications • Minimum Age: 18 years old (Federal requirement). • Residency: Must reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during the hiring and licensing process. • Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is mandatory (No Felonies). • U.S. Social Security Number: Must have or be able to obtain one. Compensation And Benefits • Salary Range: (36,000 - )125,000 annually (based on performance). • Pay Frequency: 8-9 times per month. • Additional Benefits: Unlimited earning potential, opportunities for agency ownership and equity, complimentary training, and various earning avenues including Producer commissions, Agency Bonus, Stock Options, and Profit Sharing.
