Position Details Role: Remote Data Analyst Hours: 20 hours per week (monitored to ensure commitment) Compensation: Equity only (no salaries until funding is secured) Eligibility: Open to F1 visa students and others with financial flexibility What We’re Looking For Proficiency in data scraping, data management, and analysis Hyper-organized individual with excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Proactive communicator who ensures clarity and transparency Commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines A "doer" who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment Availability to work 20 consistent hours per week within Pacific Standard Time (PST) windows What You’ll Do Perform data scraping from various sources to gather relevant information Organize, clean, and manage large datasets effectively Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights Collaborate with the team to ensure data aligns with company goals Support data-driven decision-making processes Help improve and streamline data pipelines and workflows What to Include in Your Application Resume Cover Letter: Please address the following: Confirm your willingness to work for equity only and commit to 20 hours per week Detail what you are currently doing with your time (e.g., work, school, side projects) Share your availability in PST hours Explain why you’re excited to join a mission-driven startup and how your data skills will contribute to our success Important Note This is an equity-only position.
