As a Quality Review Nurse, you will review clinical records, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with care teams to enhance patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed reviews of medical records to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols. Identify areas for quality improvement and assist in developing and implementing corrective action plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and enhance care delivery. Analyze performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for leadership. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations to ensure compliance. Support training initiatives by providing insights and promoting best practices in clinical documentation and care. Qualifications Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license. At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, utilization review, or a related field. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and quality review tools.
