UPS is seeking a highly motivated Program Management Supervisor I to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex programs that align with UPS's business objectives. You will be the key point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery. • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Monitor and mitigate risks that may affect project success. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in program or project management (5+ years preferred). • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with project management software and tools. • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
