Role Sweat Pants Agency is now hiring an expert Google Ads Marketing Strategist and growth specialist to lead in the success and growth of our clients' Google Ads, Youtube, and PPC/Search channels. As a Google Ads Marketing Strategist, you will own the strategy and decision-making behind our clients' Google ad accounts, and collaborate on video creative CRO, offers, and funnel testing. What is a Google Ads Marketing Strategist? Let's face it, it's not enough to just be a PPC manager these days. To us, managing a Google ad account is more than understanding how to structure keywords and adjust bids. Google Ads Marketing Strategists are growth partners-someone who can make decisions inside and out of the platform to improve in-platform results. It's a true marketer who can recognize patterns, identify trends, and urgently move toward unstoppable growth. Requirements Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to leverage Google Ads and digital growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and leads for our clients. • Assist in managing and optimizing Google ad accounts • Conduct thorough data analysis to inform on and off platform strategies • Set up and manage reports, with a preference for candidates experienced in Looker & Supermetrics • Assist in regular hypothesizing and testing • Engage in extensive market research, including analyzing customer reviews, surveys, and competitor strategies • Available and active in daily communication with team members and clients via Slack Qualifications • At least 1 year of experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts • Passion for marketing with an ambition to become a top-tier marketer • Strong writing skills and an understanding of basic copywriting principles • Experience in conversion setup, attribution, and tracking (UTMS, pixels, tags, and Conversion APIs) • Experience in Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center Our Core Values - Non-Negotiable • Curiosity • Humility • Ownership • Transparency • Fearlessness Apply Job!
