Responsibilities • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for process improvements. • Assist with order processing and tracking inquiries for customers. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Experience and Skills: Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a contact center environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
