Job Description As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with other team members to uphold Chewy’s high standards of customer service and satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. You will need to be adaptable and able to handle a variety of customer concerns, ranging from order issues to product questions.
